To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Kando-sha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services or website use shall not exceed the fees paid by you for services during the six months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
