Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

2. Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo, Japan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
