Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
2. Jurisdiction and Venue
